The white wines range from a sweet, soft, smooth wine called St. Pepin, to a crisp, refreshing, fruit-forward dry named Reserve White. Sweet reds, such as Jesse James, a very popular one that touts Bing cherry overtones, is one of several sweet reds and blushes you’ll want to sample before choosing your favorite. The dry reds include Reserve Red, made from Frontenac grapes and aged in French oak, as well as Sam Bass.
